Pet Policy
Pets welcome upon approval. We are pet-friendly with an aggressive breed restriction. Maximum adult weight is 75 pounds. Non-refundable pet fee ranges from $300 to $500 based on pet weight and number of pets. Monthly pet rent is $40 for 1st pet, $15 for 2nd pet, and $15 for 3rd pet.
